So, it lends itself perfectly to our online lifestyle.She worked with a group of friends via email, and those people shared their daily experiences with each other using email. Everything is done via the ionternet, so it is easier than you can imagine. each day you will have an email with your day's affirmation, assignments and anything else you need.
